Shannon was a fantastic realtor and mortgage broker and we truly enjoyed working with her!

We contacted her long distance knowing we would be moving to the area. She guided us through the process and called & emailed us regularly with updates. We had only two days to find a home and she was ready for us bright and early the morning after we arrived with a list of homes to look at that met our criteria. She chauffeured us all over the Elgin/Lawton area and thanks to her we made the offer on our house that evening!

Shannon is professional, relatable, and we feel so lucky to have found her. She was the perfect person to help us find our first home and the only person we'll trust to sell it when the time comes. (less)

When I first spoke with Shannon about purchasing a home she was very knowledgeable and helpful with every question I had. I was unsure who I wanted to work with until I met Shannon. After one open house with her I was sure she was the realtor I wanted to work with. Shannon was very helpful, not pushy at all, and willing to work around my busy schedule to show me several houses I was interested in. She showed me what to look for when purchasing a home and steered me in the right direction. She was always super excited to look for the PERFECT house with me. She was very personable, professional and eager to help. Once I found a home I was interested in and we were ready to start the process, Shannon assisted me in going through the right steps to make sure I was ready financially as well. When one door closed there was always another door to open up for me. Shannon was patient and ready to help me in the scariest part of buying a home and that was the financing and paperwork for me. Shannon was always on top of the paperwork and contacting me to keep me informed of every step along the way even the smallest. She was always available when I had questions and never acted like I was a bother to her, she was always working on my behalf even late at night after my job or class hours. I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone ready to purchase or sell their home. Shannon is definately always there for her clients and always one step ahead.
